One of the common frustrations in grad school: you have a research question but don't know which method fits. Statistics courses tend to either skim the surface or go deep on just one approach — rarely giving you a broad map. These AI-assisted notes aim to fill that gap, providing a brief overview of each method paired with a real paper walkthrough. Topics and methods draw partly on the ICPSR Summer Program and the Summer Institute in Computational Social Science (SICSS).
