with Dr. Adam Carberry · The Ohio State University · Columbus, OH, USA
Working on the NSF-funded e4usa+FIRST project, an initiative partnering Engineering for Us All (e4usa) with FIRST robotics to democratize pre-college engineering education. Responsibilities include developing and validating SCCT- and CT-based survey instruments, managing IRB protocols, conducting qualitative analysis of teacher interviews, and supporting XRP robotics curriculum design and implementation.
Investigated high school students' perspectives on pre-college engineering education, including their experiences with mathematical modeling in the engineering design process. Conducted qualitative coding and thematic analysis, contributed to curriculum redesign for the e4usa course, and developed a hands-on MATLAB water filtration lab activity for teacher professional development.
